A Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for managing scaffolding operations on industrial and offshore projects while ensuring that all work complies with company standards, engineering specifications, and international safety regulations. This position plays a significant role in supporting maintenance, construction, and shutdown activities by providing safe access for workers performing tasks at height. The current offshore recruitment is for the LTA 85/127 Offshore Project with mobilization scheduled for 01 September 2026. Primary Responsibilities
The Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring scaffolding activities while ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold structures. The supervisor coordinates with engineers, inspectors, safety officers, and construction teams to maintain project quality and productivity. Scaffolding Inspectors verify that scaffolds comply with safety standards before use. Rigger Level I and Rigger Level II personnel perform lifting and rigging operations using approved methods and equipment. Work Permit Receivers coordinate work permits, verify job safety requirements, and ensure that all authorized work follows ARAMCO procedures. Every employee is expected to maintain strict compliance with offshore safety regulations and company policies throughout the project.
Required Skills and Professional Qualifications
Applicants should possess relevant offshore industrial experience and practical knowledge related to the position they are applying for. ARAMCO Certification is mandatory for all advertised vacancies. Candidates should also have previous offshore experience together with valid BOSEIT/H2S and BLS/First Aid certifications where specified. Work Permit Receiver applicants must additionally possess EOLB, Hot Work (HW), and Confined Space (CW) certifications.
